The proposals for 45-49 Station Road, Hampton, seek to redevelop the site to re-instate a smaller Car Showroom with associated workshops, and eight residential dwellings. The proposed site plan and homes have been designed to respond to the very particular site conditions, the character of Hampton Village Conservation Area, and to enhance the street elevations of both Station Road and Thames Street.
A Local Exhibition of the development proposals for this site was held at the existing G. Kingsbury Car Showroom, at 45-49 Station Road, on Wednesday 23rd September 2015, between 4-8pm.
