A new single-storey, three-bedroom house on extensive and underutilized gardens. The designs include an extensive flat green roof which minimises the visual impact of the design as it screen by perimeter fencing, as well as existing and proposed trees.
The palette of colours and materials have been carefully chosen to provide an elegant and unobtrusive addition to the surrounding area, including black and natural stained vertical timber cladding, natural stained timber windows and doors and timber close-boarded fencing. Two on-site parking spaces will be provided, and the new permeable car parking surface will replace the concrete hard-standing.
