Katie joined the practice in early 2014 having previously working for two of the largest multi-disciplinary practices in the UK; PRP and Barton Willmore.  Her professional experience ranges across all work stages, from project brief development and concept design, through to planning, construction information, and building contract administration.


Kate is a RIBA and RIAS Chartered Architect with over six years’ post-part three experience.  She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and has recently joined the part-time teaching staff at the University of Portsmouth.  Katie is currently serving as a nationally elected member on the RIBA Council, she is a member of the RIBA Education Trust Fund Committee, and Architects for Change - the RIBA Equality and Diversity Forum.  Katie was also one of the three judges for the RIBA Part 2 bursaries scheme in 2015 and 2016.


Projects Include:


£2.5m refurbishment and extension of a care home for use as a Convent, including Assisted Living accommodation and a new-build Chapel, within a Conservation Area, South Buckinghamshire.


Refurbishment and conversion of a group of BTMs within a Conservation Area, to provide a mixed use scheme with retail and residential accommodation, Hampton.


£2.7m new-build of two houses, including demolition of two existing properties within a Conservation Area and refurbishment of a BTM summerhouse on a private creek, Teddington.
