Planning application approved for a Paragraph 80 (formerly known as Paragraph 79 and Paragraph 55) new-build Passivhaus, Hellidon, Northamptonshire
This application for a new single-storey Passivhaus in the grounds of a Grade II* Listed house in Hellidon, Northamptonshire, was approved at Daventry District Council's Planning Committee meeting on 11th October. The design will preserve the existing kitchen garden walls, and minimise impact on its setting.
