A revised office scheme on the western side of the site. Planning consent was granted in 2008 for an office building. As work commenced on this, the planning consent remains extant. Consent has been obtained this year to convert the current offices into residential use. The Byrne Group would like to stay on this site and have therefore looked again at the existing planning permission granted in 2008. The proposal is based on the previous scheme, approved in 2008, which allows permission for a building to provide 602sqm of office space, associated car parking and landscaping.
