Clive Chapman Architects was appointed by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in February 2019, after a successful tender bid, to produce a feasibility study for the reprovision of Elleray Hall and new residential development. CCA was reappointed in April 2020 to continue the development of the scheme. Four public engagement events have taken place, most recently in March 2021, and a full planning application was submitted in July 2021.
