Internal and external alterations to this Grade II Listed Building in Richmond Hill Conservation Area including replacement shop front, new fenestration and new roof light to existing rear extension. The replacement of existing  heating and ventilation systems reduces the carbon emissions of the existing building. A1 use (shops) planning permission for the premises, was granted in 2011, followed by planning permission for change of use to A3 use (restaurants and cafés) in 2012. Works included the restoration of the ice house, used to store water from the River Thames.
