Working with Town Planning Consultants Cunnane Stratton Reynolds, Clive Chapman Architects carried out an urban design analysis for Clifden Chamber of Commerce.

A Draft Development Plan was produced to further develop Clifden as an important centre of tourism. The Draft Plan set out a framework so that growth may take place in an orderly manner while conserving the town's intrinsic character and amenity. This strategic objective was enhanced by further strategies that address the overall approach for areas of industrial development, transport and urban design.
