Elleray Community Centre & Residential Development Approved at Committee
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames' Planning Committee voted unanimously on 9th March for planning approval via delegated powers, subject to conditions, which will see a brand new community centre and 16 new affordable dwellings delivered to the people of Teddington and local area.
