New Affordable Housing for Waverley Borough Council

Following a sketch proposal, we have been appointed to work up a planning application for Waverley Borough Council, for the demolition of six properties in poor state of disrepair, and the erection of 12 new affordable units comprising 2 x 3 bed houses, 4 x 2 bed houses, 3 x 2 bed flats, 2 x 1 bed flats and 1 x 1 bed wheelchair unit plus a play area in Ewhurst.
