RIBA Recruitment and Retainment Insights Lunch

On 28th November, our Practice Manager, Lucy Arrowsmith, took part in a round-table discussion at the RIBA in Portland Place with 12 other representatives that had been invited to attend from UK architectural practices. This event was a chance to discuss the most effective means of recruitment and retainment within the architectural industry, and the impact that the current economic and political climate has had on the recruitment process.
