Purpose built offices for Byrne Group PLC. The pavilion office building reflects its  garden setting and is complementary to the existing Building of Townscape Merit. The scheme included underground cycle and car parking, extensive use of green roofs to lower the hear island effect of the development, reduce rain water run off rates, and retain the ecological profile of the area. Use of a thermally heavyweight structure to reduce carbon emissions, optimised building fenestration  for daylighting and passive solar gains offsetting heating requirements and improved insulation levels.
