Two Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 exemplar sustainable family houses for Paragon Community Housing Group. The timber framed houses have 20% renewables but different technologies to each dwelling. With funding from the LDA Innovation and Opportunity Fund, the different renewable solutions will be monitored to compare running costs and user benefits.
