Three Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 family houses for Paragon Community Housing Group. The brick clad timber framed houses fit into the existing street, but will still offset the predicted carbon dioxide emissions by at least 20% with on-site renewable energy technologies.
Glazed extensions to the rear will benefit from solar gain in winter months, with a roof overhang that prevents overheating in summer months.
Clive Chapman Architects were novated to contractors, Croudace Partnerships Ltd.
