The scheme includes the retention and refurbishment of all three small retail units on the site, and the restoration of the remaining areas of the site, including an existing courtyard and residential accommodation, to provide three apartments and one mews house. The design seeks to recognise and respect the character of the Conservation Area, with appropriate materials and soft landscaping areas to the public and private external areas of the site.
