Full & Listed Building planning approval for the extensions of a retail unit on ground floor and an office (Use Class E) on the first floor, to a Grade II Listed Building at 127-128 High Street, Eton SL4 6AR, within the Eton Conservation Area.

The development is for the removal of the existing rear extension(s) to No. 127-128, inclusive of the staircase from the ground floor and lean-to up to the first floor that links to the existing apartments on the upper floors.

A new ground floor extension will be provided to the end of the plot, to increase the area of the existing retail use (Intersport). Above this extension, a new office is proposed, with private terrace space for the existing flats at first and second floor level. A new staircase serves the new office, and provides a better access to the existing two apartments.
