Masterplan for a comprehensive development comprising 1,200 dwellings, open spaces, a community hall, local shops, schools and auxiliary facilities. The project included a site appraisal, site amenities, density, phasing, landscaping, traffic calming measures, traffic flows together with detailed planning approval of the neighbourhood centre and the landscaped noise bund and affordable housing.
