Masterplan for new residential development of 265 houses, flats and neighbourhood shops.

The scheme reflects the Suffolk village street, ‘square’ and ‘close’. On street parking, cycle parking, planting and public seating create a maximum travel speed of 10mph. Other lower density areas include three-storey blocks of flats in a parkland setting creating long views through the site. The development proposals will facilitate a planned organic growth to an existing market town.
