Clive Chapman Architects was invited to submit an outline masterplan proposal for this 2.2 hectare former Thames Water reservoir site which incorporates a Grade II listed water tower and pump house.

The proposal comprised of 80 residential units with a residential square, public open space and play area, off street parking and landscaping.
