Privacy Policy

Clive Chapman Architects is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and contacts. This statement outlines our privacy and data policy. Any external websites you may access via Clive Chapman Architects may have different policies, for which we cannot be responsible.

Clive Chapman Architects uses Google Analytics to monitor how, when and where our website is accessed. This can include type of device (smart phone, desktop etc.), location (city, country) and website traffic on any particular date. This does not identify any individual but enables us to evaluate browsing behaviour and improve our website content. If you prefer to opt-out of Google Analytics, you can do so here at any time: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/

If you contact us by post, phone or email, we may save your contact details on our contacts database and/or a paper file. Current and historical architectural project files are also kept as a record of our work. These details are only accessible within our office and archive, and will never be passed on to anyone else unless your permission is sought first.

We may choose to showcase your project on our website. We will only do this with your prior permission, or if the project is already in the public domain (i.e. once your planning application has been submitted).
