BREEAM is the global standard for measuring a building's environmental performance. We offer consulting and assessment for the ‘Domestic Refurbishment’ category, covering the conversion of existing non-residential buildings to new dwellings, or the sustainable refurbishment of existing dwellings.




With our 1:5 detailed technical drawings, we carry out thermal bridging analysis at key junctions to ensure a continuous thermal envelope with no cold bridges. Interstitial condensation analysis, paired with U-value calculations are assessed at required work stages by our team.
