Ham Close Redevelopment Proposal and Public Consultation. A Ham Common 'village green' plan form to create a series of identifiable public spaces to which small groups of houses can relate and identify with.

The layout provides 194 new dwellings, 74 two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom houses, 74 private gardens, five 'village greens', which are an extension of Ham Close, open space, three children's play areas, local car parking overlooked by housing to ensure car security, quiet tree screened areas and first floor maisonettes, and pedestrian footpaths through the site via the 'village greens'.
