Building Performance Analysis

Architects are needing to address the impact of global temperature rises, with overheating in particular now being a major concern. With the more stringent building regulations, such as the recently introduced Part O, overheating assessments in the early stages of design are crucial. CCA's Eridona Kurtaj has undertaken training sessions in the IES Virtual Environment software, which covers a range of building performance analysis including overheating for compliance through dynamic thermal modelling, as well as energy efficiency, comfort, ventilation, daylight and sunlight studies, HVAC performance etc. Take a look at our sustainability consultancy services (www.ccar.co.uk/sustainability-consultancy) that we can assist you with.
