Our new-build Northamptonshire house, built to Passivhaus standards, is complete. Approved under Paragraph 84 (formerly known as Paragraph 80, 79 and 55, this house lies in the former grounds of a Grade II* Listed house in Hellidon, and has been designed to minimise the impact on its setting.
