Works Completed on Private Residence in Twickenham

Works to this existing 1960s house included internal refurbishment, remodelling of first floor ensuite bedroom and extension towards the river, providing an open plan living/dining kitchen. The existing concrete tile roof has been replaced with natural slates while the extension and new dormer are zinc standing seam. The house has been insulated externally and reclad in black stained Western Red Cedar, improving the overall energy efficiency of the dwelling and providing a contemporary appearance. In addition to the refurbished house, the landscaping scheme, designed by Bright Green Gardens, significantly improves the setting and contributes to the enhancement of Twickenham Riverside Conservation Area.
