This scheme proposes to replace the current two-storey detached house on the site with four new units, providing 100% affordable housing for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

The building has been designed specifically to respond to  the site context, keeping development to a minimum, whilst increasing the level of affordable housing in the borough. The two storey proposal maintains the Protected View and conserves and enhances the Conservation Area and sense of openness of the Metropolitan Open Land.
