A development to provide an eight-unit apartment scheme housing a mix of one and two bedroom apartments; including car parking for residents and local businesses, and landscaping improvements.

A Public Consultation was held at Dorking Baptist Chapel on Thursday 3rd March. This provided an opportunity for local residents and members of the community, to comment on the plans prior to the submission of a formal planning application to Mole Valley District Council.
