The proposals seek to provide two, five-bedroom residential houses, together with associated parking, gardens and additional landscaping. This will require the demolition of a freestanding garage and the removal of minor elements such as a small shed and old wire fencing around a disused tennis court.

The new dwellings have been designed to respond to the scale and sitting of the existing building, whilst respecting the neighbouring properties, their gardens, and the established landscaping around the perimeter of the site.
